  1. Where to start with?
    Register to Grasplink to get your own account, go to Login section, click on Register and fill out the form. The account will be activated immediately, you will get your own subdomain to access your account. Then continue to check our Getting Started Video and our Getting Started Guide.
  2. For what I use my subdomain?
    A subdomain gives you a link directly to your account, a personalized view for all the users in your account to login. You may also login to your account in the grasplink.com site.
  3. How to create a course?
    In the Courses portal of the Control Panel, click on the "New Course" link. Is very simple, you just need a name for the course and it will be ready to go.
  4. How to add students to a course?
    In the control panel inside the Courses portal, click on the "Manage Users" link. You may search for an existing user in your account using the "Add an existing Student" form, or create a new user in your account to be added to the course using the link "Create and add a Student".
  5. How to add other instructors to a course?
    In the control panel inside the Courses portal, click on the "Manage Users" link. You may search for an existing user in your account using the "Add an existing Professor" form, or create a new user in your account to be added to the course using the link "Create and add a Professor".
  6. How to upload course material?
    In the Learn section of the course there are three tools to upload course material.
    • Learning Content: create your content creating pages using a richtext editor and organize the content by units
    • Documents: upload your course related documents and organize them using folders
    • Learning Materials: upload your SCORM / IMS-CP courses
  7. How to create online tests?
    In the Evaluate section of the course, click on "New Test", select a name for the test and start adding questions to it.
  8. How to grade the student?
    In the Evaluate section of the course, every activity of the course has a "Results" link, this will show the students answers to the test or assignment and lets you grade individually.
  9. How can I monitor the student activity?
    In the Students & Progress section of the course there is a report with the users progress, showing every user action on course activities and the course grades.
  10. How to communicate with the students?
    In the Communicate section of the course you will find the forums, that is the best way to communicate with the students, every user in the course will receive an e-mail notification when a new message is posted. You may also send bulk e-mail to the students inside the Students & Progress section.
  11. Will my account become inactive or deleted after a period of inactivity?
    No, your account will always be active.
